Where can i start? I was walking by the neighborhood and I noticed this salon was nearby and I was excited to try a new place.
Well, first of all the lady at the front desk which I believe could be the owner was so unprofessional and rude!
She asked about the services I was getting and I told her what I thought I got (a dipping powder mani) then when she started removing it she got all upset bcus apparently what I have was not dipping powder. Then be careful if you try to change your mind on a service ladies bcus she will get more upset about it. I mean I know I didn’t make an appointment but if she didn’t have the time for a walk-in she should’ve say so, instead she was having an attitude & calling me out in front of everyone that I was changing my mind on the service I wanted. Anyway, to say the least when I check out I was charged $125 for a no chip pedi and gel overlay with no chip color. Expensive compared to what i usually pay at other salons and with better customer service. Then to put the final cherry on top of the cake, when I tipped the 2 technicians she said that was not the kinda of place where you can tip $5.00 for each service so expect that if you don’t leave a minimum of $10 per service like if what I paid ($125) was not enough to cover her technicians salary. Definitely not coming back!

I went in today with a broken natural nail that had cracked under a gel X nail from another studio. The staff at Nail Palette was super attentive and walked me through why it happened and helped repair my nail! I was really concern and nervous because I had been in pain earlier, but they were able to fix it, you can't even tell which nail was damaged! I'm really grateful and will definitely be coming back!

I Always have a good experience at the nail palette. Definitely call for an appointment if you can, because they do tend to get busy. I like the soft lighting & laid back atmosphere. I do wish they had more color options for dip, but I always manage to find something I like.

Very nice staff & relaxed vibe. I love the color they helped me choose based on the outfit I brought with & my very fair skin tone. Meerim did a great job- my mani pedi looks perfect!

Amazing experience and customer service! I have lived in the area for many years and tried all the other close places, this was by far the best experience I have had. They were accommodating, friendly, clean, and quick! This is now my go-to nail salon.

This was my regular nail salon when we lived in Andersonville. It is very clean, and most of the nail techs do a thorough and careful job. Good polish selection, not the widest range of colors, but enough to find something I wanted to try each time. I loved that they only work with natural nails, so the salon does not smell of acrylic and there are no drilling sounds. Also, no TVs, just relaxing music, so a very peaceful environment.

Expect to give a 15% tip or to be called out by the owner for anything less. Completely rude and they should publicize this for customers if this is an expectation for service. I was told I couldn’t tip over Venmo, however I had a max I could put on my card. Then the owner pulled out a Venmo I could pay more with! Oh, I was also charged for a $10 soak off that wasn’t publicized anywhere. The tipping culture isn’t cool here and you’ll see other reviews like this for Nail Palette. This all seems to come from the owner, who is often rude.

I would not recommend this salon for a dip manicure. Last week, I came here to get my nails done for my sister's wedding where I was the maid of honor, and I didn't have a good experience at all. First, I asked to do a French manicure with dip (which I know other salons can do using dip for the nude part and gel for the tip part). They said no. So I ended up going with all 1 color. At first when I left the salon, my nails looked great but then about an hour later I looked down and noticed small cracks in the dip on multiple nails. So, I went back the next day and the owner was there but said they were closed today (Tuesday). I showed her my nails and asked if she could fix them. She said I could come in the next day but I was flying to the wedding the next day, so she said she'd fix them herself. She starts working on them and after about 10 minutes, she tells me she's allergic to dip (the powder, activator, etc.) and complains that her eyes and nose keep watering. I felt really bad and wish she would have told me before starting to fix them. It was awkward and I didn't know what to do but we were too far into the service. So she finishes the nails and they're puffy (lots of layers of dip), but they look fine. 2 days later, the top layer of dip starts chipping. First one nail, then another. I had no time to fix them before the wedding, so that was very frustrating. Now, it hasn't even been a week since I got them done and 5 nails have already chipped and others have cracks in them. For reference, my dip manis usually last 3-4 weeks at least. Very disappointed and won't be returning to this salon as they definitely do not specialize in dip and I'm not sure why they even offer the service if the owner is allergic - honestly seems like a health hazard for her sake.

I had a great experience here. At first I was concerned because it didn't seem like anyone wanted to do my nails because I didn’t make an appointment ahead of time. But they got me in within just a few minutes. The tech took great care removing the old dip and polish. I tried the dazzle dry for the first time and I’m very pleased. Not only did she take her time with the removal and my manicure but it was very affordable! This will be my new regular spot.

I went in for a dazzle dry mani and pedi. The nail technician was very rough during the pedi while cutting my cuticles, it was very painful. Other than that my experience was okay. Once I got home I took a good look at my nails and noticed bunch of air bubbles, which was disappointing. That same evening after I took a shower my nails were all chipped! Since I specifically got them done for an event I had to take the nail polish off and re do the manicure myself. I will not go back to this salon.

Got my nails done there the other day. I was able to walk in and get service right away. You can also call in to make an appointment as well. The nails were done well and the manicure+pedicure were nice also including massage and moisturizing. I also got the dazzle mani+pedi and it does in fact dry within 5 minutes. The extra cost was worth it.

Nail Palette is a nice, chill salon. It's not my regular place, but I still visit on occasion. On my last visit, their selection of medium pink nail colours was non-existent (strange).
