Dr. Gindorf was not only efficient and timely while doing an eye exam, she is also personable and more than happy to further explain her thought process. Valentina walked me through all options for contact purchases and led me to the best deal. She worked out other options as well to show price differences. I did not catch the name of the tech that did the preliminary examinations, but she was thorough during the process, explained what the next steps were and was also kind. Truly a great experience.

I’ve been a patient here for the last 3 years and every experience has been a pleasant one. I’ve been to my fair share of eye doctors over the last 20 years and they are definitely my favorite. Valentina was very knowledgeable about what my insurance covers and my exam with Dr. Alaimo was great. They upgraded to a machine for the test that puffs air into your eyes, big win. Pretty sure everyone hates that test, this new machine felt like butterfly kisses! All in all, they really care about their patients and put them first.

Dr. Alaimo was great and answered all of my questions. Valentina was also great and provided top notch customer service. She helped me with questions and clarified the process with me so I left feeling comfortable with how the exams and ordering process went. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot thank Dr. Gindorf enough. She is the third doctor that I went to regarding my nerve pain and change of vision in one eye. I thought that it I was losing vision before Dr. Gindorf sat with me to tell me that I have trigeminial neuralgia. She is the third doctor that I have seen for this and the only doctor to provide a realistic solution. She did so by listening to me, spending time to diagnose, and explaining everything to me. I am so appreciative that she worked with me to find a solution. I cannot wait to get my corrective lenses!

I was greeted before I could completely open the door. My exam was thorough, educational, and fun. I’m sorry, I forgot your name. Valentina helped me find the best frames to accentuate the grays in my hair. Dr. Alaimo was very professional, pleasant, and explained everything clearly, leaving me with no questions. Amazing customer service, friendly, timely, and an over all great experience! Ten out of 5 stars, THANK YOU!!!

I have been coming here for over 10 years, I’m a little sad that Dr.Banser retired but his replacement Dr. Alaimo was very knowledgeable and pleasant! I was very happy to see a familiar face when we saw Valentina.
Valentina is also very knowledgeable and amazing when it came time to helping us pick out cute glasses for my teenage daughter.

Had the pleasure of having Valentina helping me pick the right glasses for me, although she was busy with other clients she never failed to make me feel just as important when helping me out and took her time explaining everything what my insurance policy covered. She had the greatest personality and super friendly attitude. My eye dr has the best worker there and I would definitely be coming back to have Valentína help me in the future!!
