Horrible horrible horrible !!!! Whoever is answering that phone need to be fired immediately . She had the absolute worst attitude i have ever experienced . Even when she called to confirm the appointment her attitude was nasty . I didn’t even make it to the appointment today because she turned me completely off from visiting my eye dr. I have never been treated so bad by a business in my life i will absolutely not ever use this service as long she is there .

Arrived at 10 AM for my appointment and the office was closed. No one was present despite the office confirming my appointment via text message 24 hours prior. No one available to answer my phone call.

A little disappointed as I have been to this location when a good friend of mine was the OD. I had made an appt showed up early and still was not seen by a doc after 1 hour. The system apparently lets other people double book if you don’t confirm that appt. No notification that if you do not confirm that your appt may be double booked. I never canceled the appt so it just was disappointing for me since most businesses and appts do not work this way. I am a physician myself and NEVER have patients waiting for that long.

Super easy to schedule online. Dr. Jake answered all of my questions and was super patient when I learned how to put in my contacts and gave me plenty of take homes to have sufficient time to make a decision on the contacts. The staff were very pleasant and easy to work with, and they had excellent knowledge regarding my insurance and co-pays. My contacts came in under a week after I ordered and their hours made it super easy for me to pop by and grab them. I have been to the MyEyeDr in the Loop, and this location is MILES above that location. Highly recommend!

when i got my exam the experience was overall 10/10 the staff was nice the optometrist was very knowledgeable and educated me on things i didnt know or was ever told… im giving it 3 stars because i went in for an exam on the 11/23 and was told my glasses would take about 3 weeks and they would be ready 12/14 the 14th came there were no glasses i had to call to check and see was there a delay and the guy stated that yeah itll be another 2 3 weeks and they wont be ready until 12/26 “maybe” … i have terrible eye site and my glasses broke so im walking around and working not being able to see clearly which is very dangerous not to mention i came out of my pocket with close to 200$ for my glasses to not be ready when they said they were and to have to wait after the holidays and it being a possibility that i wont be able to get them on the 12/26 either… im very disappointed and sad my entire equilibrium is off and theres nothing they can do for me

Very easy to get in and mostly I am thrilled that I can read my computer screen so easily and also the subtitles on the tv screen. Also the woman who helped me pick out my glasses was so sweet-- such a hype woman. Definitely recommend for your basic eye exam and glasses.
