The whole staff was a joy!!! Ana answered all of my questions, found me great deals and a beautiful pair of glasses. Love coming to this location it’s always a pleasure.

I would avoid this place at all costs due to their extremely poor customer service. I went in four weeks ago for a new prescription and paid with a credit card. Anna took my order. The next day, I received a call stating that the payment didn't go through due to a system issue and that my order was on hold. I paid again (using the same card) a couple of days later.
After waiting the quoted couple of weeks, I called to check the status of my order and was told that it was still in process and to call back in a few days. I called again a few days later, but the order was still in process with no estimated time of arrival (ETA). They assured me they would put a rush on it.
When I called a couple of days after that, I asked to speak with a manager. Lolita looked into it and determined that the order had been previously canceled for some unknown reason. She managed to put the order back in and promised it would be overnighted.
However, when I called a few days later, an angry employee told me that the order was not ready yet and that it had only been a few days, so I needed to wait. A couple of days later, the order status was still "in process" with no ETA. My husband spoke with Anna, who told him that they did not have any updates and that the only person who could look into it was offsite. It's been 4 weeks since I went in and I still do not have my glasses or even an ETA ... .
It's unfortunate because I really like Dr Suor, but the front staff ruined it for me.
Update 1: After my last call with the store, Vincent reached out to apologize for the order not being ready. He mentioned that they would check with the lab and get back to me. Vincent also assured me that they would provide a discount to make up for the inconvenience. However, it's been a week and a half, and I haven't received any follow-up.
Separately, their social media department contacted me for more details about the issue. They acknowledged clear operational problems and informed me that my order had been canceled twice in their system without any customer notification. My order was re-entered the day Vincent called me, and I finally received an ETA for the first time in over a month, for which I was grateful.
Update 2: I called the store to check on the order status on the day I was told the glasses would be ready. Unbeknownst to me, the store was about to close, as I thought they were open for another hour. A disgruntled employee answered and informed me that I was lucky she picked up since they were closed. She told me the order was ready for pickup. When I asked about the store's opening hours for the following day, she hung up on me.
I visited the store the next day, about an hour after they had opened. The front door was still locked. Lolita opened the door, asked for my name without any greeting, went to the back, and brought my order. There were no apologies or pleasantries.
Worst experience I had since my entire family started using this location a year and a half ago. Not sure what's happening with their front staff, but I would steer away from this store.

MyEyeDr. is where I’ve been going for my contact lenses and glasses for years. Incredible staff at this location, all around. My doctor was amazing and I followed Lolita to this location from the one in Wicker Park based on great experience and overall customer service in the past. Highly recommend!! 5/5 stars all day.

Helpful location with a good selection of petite frames which is rare for other eyeglasses places. They also had a good variety of mid priced frames (under $300). Suor is friendly and it’s easy to get an appt online
