Dr Risser and the entire team made my first eye exam in ages so pleasant and comfortable! They answered any questions I had, made sure I fully understood what my options were, and took the time to walk me through selecting my very first pair of glasses!! Friendly employees and great glasses options! Olivia and Sara were happy to help me pick out frames and I ended up finding a great pair I wouldn’t have considered without their help! Dr. Risser was super informative and did a great job explaining the points of interest in my eyes. Great experience!

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They have a lot of patience. Sara and Christina were so great at helping me choose my perfect pair of glasses - I ended up getting two pairs and clip on sunglasses for both pairs! Highly recommend Lincoln Square Myeyedr!!

My sister and I went to Lincoln Square office location in Chicago to get prescriptions glasses for her. I bought mine a while back and had a wonderful experience. So, I took my sister there as well. We were greeted by Olivia ( very pleasant) and she took time to find my sister Medicaid account.
We waited a few mins and got waited and fitted for glasses with Sarah. It was a great experience as she was giving my sister suggestions and current promos to save money. Overall, it was a great office visit. Thank you

They’re always very pleasant. When I was there, the attendants, nurses, and doctors were all outstanding. There was also a VERY upset customer who had a completely honest misunderstanding about his appointment time. The GM Christina handled the incident with an immense amount of grace, patience, and understanding, and she very thoughtfully and calmly took a potentially escalating situation and turned it down.
They also explain insurance, costs, and benefits transparently and up front before you’re locked into anything at all. Very professional and highly recommended
