Love this consignment that I actually found while having a girls shopping and Titanic exhibit fun day. I was at the light. Looked left and parked. Train came through and headed into the store. What a great place. Two dressing room areas on both sides of store
Laddies clothing sorted by small, medium, large, extra large. Yes carry for purses and tote bags. Cases full of gorgeous costume jewelry ... modern, vintage and well made (Etsy quality) handmade necklaces, bracelets and watches. Area for clothing and toys for children. Yes shoes too. The staff are professional and dedicated. Yes I purchased amazing items. I would visit again if I'm in the area. In business more 40 years. Support small business.

Personable and friendly owner. I visited looking specifically for used louis vuitton. She showed me ones yet to be displayed. Priced fair. Overall, Just like all consignment shops, never know what you will find. Good selection of designer jeans.

MSC is the real deal. Sometimes the treasures jump out at you and other times you need to hunt. But I always find something and the prices are more than fair. Employees are top notch. And the items are always in very good to excellent condition. Love it!

I like the setup of the place and it's clean but the service is pretty shitty to say the least. I walked in in person and there is no clear way to tell where you can drop off items and no one greeted or anything until I asked. the way they treat you seems like you're a piece of scum or something and they have a stick up their behind. I can't really explain it (it might be their tone of voice). I say their because there is more than one woman. I was placed on a waiting list and called to check if I am up to be able to drop stuff off and the person that responded was rude. She said no before I finished speaking and had that same tone. I would suggest for them to try to be a little more courteous to people walking in and placing some signs indicating where to drop stuff off if they don't want to make the effort to speak to people stopping by that did not look at the website or are unfamiliar with the store.

Rather disappointed the last two times I've been to the store. Containers and hanging rods crowd the aisles making it hard to walk through the already crowded store. I understand their need to be there to organize the store at the same time as store is open but it makes it hard to shop. The overall color of clothes offered in the store seems to be dark clothing.
They have a Facebook page online live selling. I've watched a couple times and it seems unorganized I know they think it's organized but it takes a long time for them to get to the next product sometimes. I just don't have enough time or patience to wait for them to do that. Perhaps that's where making most of their sales and so there's not enough items in their store and bright clothing items have gone. There are many bags that they have hanging in waiting pick up, taking up prime real estate instead of being along side wall.
They usually have a nice section of baby, toddler, & children clothes.
I don't feel like it been worth my effort the last few times to get to the store. I will be shopping around for another resale clothing store.
