Update--- In response to the owners response. You do know exactly what happened because the text exchange was from you to your employee. You specifically said that you never put blue coins in the machine. Your employee harassed me to give back the money. But thanks for your well thought out response and your careful review of the situation.

This place is very clean, has plenty of seating, the washers and dryers are clean and efficient, and the people that work here and do their laundry here are very kind and helpful.

Filthy bathrooms, rude little acne faced girl working there Just sits on her phone most of the time and acts like a timer so when you ask her something. The dryers are so hot they burn your clothes and half the machines are out of service. There was also a shooting at the gas station right across the street during the day beware of this place.

I don't often visit laundromats, but sometimes when you need to clean big, bulky items, or you have a lot of laundry, these places are more efficient.The lot is small, but easy to get in when coming from the west, and exiting to the east. Cruising the traffic is a nightmare.Despite advertising credit cards in numerous places, all of the self-serve machines just take quarters, and those you can only get from their bill changers. These days, having cash is such a rarity, so most laundromats should be on a card system at least. But no, this place is old school.Walking around, I'd say 95% of the machines were in working order. Most of them looked pretty worn and crusted in various detergents, but they are usually reliable and you can spot the newer and cleaner ones. They had quite a few large load washers, but not many super load ones.The place was clean, and decently organized, but it could really do with some TLC in the walls, floor and ceiling. Plus just better organization of the tables and putting the covers back over the rows of washers.There are several TVs on the wall, but just your general daytime shows. I didn't test the Wi-Fi, but I'd suggest bringing your own entertainment.

Don’t ever use their drop-off service. They lost my clothes and pretend like they didn’t see and wash it. They told me that camera recordings “ was erased” automatically(which I hardly believe). Management unhelpful. The worst experience in my life.
