Very happy to find a solid source for alterations and dry cleaning in the new neighborhood. I have a favorite jacket, now 20 years old, that I love love love. The zipper got stuck. I took it to Monitor Cleaners and was told, it's not the entire zipper mechanism that broke, it's one part. They replaced the part and cleaned the jacket for under $20.00. I'm thrilled. Thus encouraged, I took my two winter coats to be cleaned. Both had suffered splatters, spills, and the effects of my leaning against places I shouldn't have leaned against. Both coats came back spotless, again for a very reasonable price. Monitor Cleaners is my new favorite neighborhood business.

I needed my jacket press for a wedding or shortened time couldn't find anyone to do it but they came through the first my jacket for me I was in and out in 20 minutes thank God great job

Incredibly disappointed with my most recent experience. I paid $36 in advance for 18 buttons to be replaced on a blazer. Once I got it home, I realized the buttons had not been swapped out. When I brought the blazer back in thinking it was just an innocent mistake, the shop owner accused me of lying and said they had been replaced. Not only did she refuse to take responsibility or admit fault, she did not offer to refund the charge. I have been going to her for almost 1.5 years and I am insulted by her illogical reaction and complete dismissal of the issue.

Been going here for 4 years, never had any issue with them. Always good work and always on time. They even have dog treats ready if you have your dog with you.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve have experienced in this Taylor shop . I’ve recently came in with my daughters graduation gowns to have it ironed and I received it back damaged . When I try talking to staff about the issue the man that attended me denied it had anything to do with them and tried saying it was the company’s fault that made the gown . Me as a mother I checked the gown before I had taken it to the Taylor shop just to make sure it was in perfect condición and size for my daughter so I clearly know that it wasn’t damaged . I tried explaining this to the man in charge at this time and he rudely kept claiming it wasn’t there fault . At the end I left with a Damaged Gown for my daughters important graduation Date . I will not be going back to this place after this incident and I would totally not recommend this place . This place is a gem.Got my alterations done flawlessly (as far as I can tell), quickly, and quite reasonably priced. Fernando and company couldn't have been friendlier.Family owned and run, I will definitely be back.

Always professional, fast and well done. I've used them for years!Sweaters, coats, work clothes all come out well cleaned and pressed. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!
