Last place we went today for our dress search, absolutely horrible customer service. First we were told we could try on a dress. ONE DRESS. And then the owner was giving us bad attitude. They said if the party wasn’t in the next month it’s not worth trying anything on. We are looking for what my cousin likes or doesn’t like and only wanted to try on ONE dress that was on DISPLAY. Again Ford city, we were the only people there at that time. How much of a hassle is it to try on one dress? Coming from the owner herself is embarrassing. She also mocked us and repeated what we were telling her like a child mimics their parents. Terrible experience, go somewhere that actually wants to sell their products. They also confessed half of this good reviews are fake and from their employees so one bad review (mine) wouldn’t hurt them.

Walked in here to look for a last minute dress for an event. The lady inside who seemed like maybe the manager was EXTREMELYYYYYY pushy. She followed us around as we looked through the store. And then she kept trying to force me to try on dresses I told her I wasn't interested in. She kept making comments about my body & how small I was. Then when I tried on the dress & told her I didnt like it, she kept saying how BIG I was. She also kept pressuring me into buying said dress. Then she kept pressuring me into buying the biggest, gaudiest jewelry that didn't even go with the dress I wanted. Overall they seemed REALLY desperate for a sale in there. Also there was no AC in the mall so the store was extremely hot and stuffy. It's a shame because we thought alot of the dresses were gorgeous but I couldn't wait to get out of there. Very weird shopping experience.

The dress VERY cute that's the only reason I gave 2 stars other than that........I bought a dress from them 2 months b4 my event went back to get the dress taken in 4 weeks b4 the event....the lady told me the dress would be complete exactly 1 week prior I get there on the day...dress isn't done...she tell me to come back on that Thursday it would be complete in fact she even called me on Wednesday to confirm that the dress was ready for pick up.....get there put the dress on.......No alterations have been made to the dress!!!!!!!!!! My event is in 2 days they offered to to have me take the dress to one of their different locations....which I ultimately decided to do because I was SOOOOO frustrated.......But at this point I found someone who was willing to help me at the last minute and I have to pay them so I think I just want my money back for the alterations and will NEVER return....I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Both dresses were bought from Mom, Dad and Me. After driving several hours from mid-Michigan and trying on several dresses (most priced 800% more than these two from other stores) it was amazing to find stunning and affordable options. We will be making the trip for every formal from now on because service was as good as their prices! I 10/10 recommend.

I went in with my son to find his Prom dress. There was one girl that helped us. The experience I saw the girls receiving was amazing. But my son didn’t receive the same service. You are there to provide a service to ALL, not just the norm. My son should’ve received the same wonderful experience the girls were receiving!!
