“Matt provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I came into the AT&T store in the middle of a chaotic move, last minute needing to switch to AT&T and get internet set up right away. After a failed attempt with a third-party dealer, Matt jumped in to help.
Despite the complicated situation, he was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly proactive—at one point juggling two phones to expedite the process. Thanks to his efforts, my equipment was delivered the next day. What really stood out was his kindness and follow-up, even checking in with me on his day off to ensure the installation went smoothly.

About to get into some summer travel and desperately needed to see what is the issue. Thank God, I decided to stop in. Immediately greeted and worked with Alondra.
