Mo2 took great care of me when I lived in one of their units. They were attentive, responsive, and fair. Max Motew even helped me find a new tenant to take over my lease when I had to move out early—and they even released me from my lease when the new tenant moved in! I would strongly recommend living in one of their buildings.

I have been renting with MO2 for 4 years and counting. They are quick to respond to issues and maintenance and are respectful of our animals when we are not home. Mo2 is reliable and has well kept units. Through out the years we really enjoy working with Max and his team.

I have rented with Mo2 for the past 4 years and would recommend Mo2. With renting, there are things that go wrong, the upside with Mo2 is that they will make sure and solve any problems that arise. All maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner. The properties have beautiful finishes and updated appliances.

Lived at Mo2 for two rental seasons. All rental related things are hosted on AppFolio making it easy to request for maintenance and pay rent. I've never had any major issue with addressing requests and Jaime (the maintenance guy for my building) really is the best! He is what makes staying at Mo2 good!! It is pretty hard to get in contact with the office - they are generally responsive to emails, but you really have to call them multiple times to get them to pick up.I would say the value is alright some of the features of the apartment I was in were old (such as an leaky window) but I cared more for the location.

Mo2 properties was one of the best renting experiences I have ever had. The management is very attentive and responsive. My maintenance requests were handled very quickly and I felt very safe living in their building.

We've had a terrific experience renting from Mo2. Here's why:1. Maintenance is super responsive, there's a portal to simplify the request process, and they didn't hesitate to make expensive repairs in our unit (hot water heater & furnace).2. They've been incredibly flexible and understanding as we've extended our lease multiple times (while renovating a home we own).3. They're very respectful with showings as we come to the end of our lease, always giving us at least 24-hours notice.They vastly exceeded my expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Lived in a Mo2 property for 3 years and have nothing but positive reviews. The whole team is extremely responsive and helpful. If there was ever anything that needed maintenance there was someone there within 24, and most of the time same day.

We've been renting from Mo2 for almost a year and a half and have had a great experience. Easily the best landlord we've dealt with in the city. They are quick to respond and attend to maintenance requests - though usually it's something simple, we haven't had any big issues with our place.The team in general is very helpful and thoughtful, and have helped us secure fair rent for our second and third leases (we've always resigned super early due to our positive experience).

We rented an apartment with Mo2 for two years and had an excellent experience. The few times we needed to submit a maintenance request, they were extremely responsive and prompt. I found the whole team to be highly communicative and professional and our building was always well maintained.

I lived at an MO2 Apartment in Bucktown for 3 years and never had any major issues. We had a leak in the ceiling one winter and they came over and fixed it right away! Maintenance is always super quick to reply and the mo2 team that I’ve always worked with have been awesome. I’m moving to a different location in the city and with a different property management company and can already tell that mo2 went above and beyond compared to the one I’m with now.

Lovely apartment! Maintenance staff is great and quickly responsive. However the actual property managers are basically ghosts. They don’t answer calls or emails. Not sure if their listed phone number is a phone that anyone even checks. We had a break-in bc for several months our door wouldn’t shut properly and after badgering them repeatedly they were just like “meh ?♂️ we’ll get it fixed soon”. It’s a red flag how much tenant safety doesn’t matter to them. But other than that, good place for a good price.

This is by far the worst management company in Chicago. They will not fix a noise that you cannot sleep through above my unit and won’t let me break my lease. I wouldn’t rent from them you will not be happy. They don’t treat you like they care.
