I had the best experience ever with Mike . I had tried to rent my apartment and I had tried on multiple platforms . When Mike stepped in he presented the apartment in a more professional manner than I or any other realtor in the past did. I had a new client within days who I am so happy and pleased with. Mike is an inhumane slumlord who tried to take advantage of me and my husband for almost an entire year. It was only when we got an atourney that he actually took anything we said seriously. The whole situation cost him and his company 10s of thousands of dollars in repairs and that doesn't include over 10K that we had deducted from rent as well due to him and his company refusing to fix the circumstances that deemed our apartment unlivable. Guys like Mike are what's wrong with real estate today. Anyone younger and less aware of their rights would have been homeless and broke if it were up to Mike.

Living in Chicago you are saturated with real estate agents to work with that can overwhelm you. I chose Mike after my previous agent, through a friend reco, wasn't understanding what I was looking for and although he was always available to show me properties, he wasn't knowledgeable of the neighborhoods nor buildings and wasn't part of the Chicago real estate agent network. After realizing I needed someone who knew more, I chose Mike. He fulfilled all the requirements above and represented me as a lawyer would with my interest top of mind. I am grateful I made the switch and would recommend him to everyone looking to purchase in Chicago given the competitive market on bids.

If you are looking for a Realtor, look no further! My husband & I were very focused on finding the perfect property. We are out of state buyers, and needed that extra attention throughout the process of finding the right place. From start to finish, Mike was awesome! He went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. He is well respected in the industry and demonstrated great skills in dealing with the listing agents to obtain "insight" and thoughtful feedback which proved very helpful in evaluating our choices.Throughout our journey, Mike demonstrated patience, professionalism, excellent negotiating and overall extremely caring. I didn't ever feel "pressured" to make a choice.We ended up with our dream unit and are so grateful to have had Mike as our agent!

Mike and his team, especially Florence, are highly recommended! We’ve been working with Mike and his team for several years. They are super professional and always looking out for us. They handled all aspects of renting out our condo for us. The listing, the pictures, the showings, the paperwork, the association, everything! They were super great listeners, addressing all our concerns in a very thorough manner. It all went super smoothly, and the lease was with the new renters was signed and done in just a few weeks! It gave us great peace of mind.
