I honestly wouldn't recommended this shop to anybody , Very unprofessional on handling business. Had an accident in where my parts needed to be fix and the fix was only done on the exterior. The cost of the repair was about 40% of the cost of the vehicle itself and it still wasn't repaired fully. When I confront the owner John, he's tells me that it maintenance required and not damage from the hit I received from a hit and run. So same parts were left since according to the owner if they have impact the parts still work. Aside from such a poor experience, took me almost 6/7 weeks to get my car back , only to get it back and not be fixed.

Our Jeep was at this location for a while. The whole time it was there staff was always ready to answer all our questions. Customer service was amazing and they are so friendly. I went in thinking our vehicle was a total loss. They went over all the information and once it was ready the vehicle looked amazing. I was so impressed on how great it looked. They really did a great job.

My car was vandalized which required a paint job throughout. John was very honest in explaining that the work required wouldn't be showroom perfect as my insurance won't cover the cost for an entire repaint of my car, this meant having to strip thr old paint, sanding, ect. John continued to emphasize this, which I appreciated because he was setting realistic expectations. I assured him I understood. So, I gave him my keys and told him to go ahead and do the job as best as he could. I thought about what he told me and became nervous. However, after waiting a week I got the call that the repair to my car was done and ready for pick up. I nervously pulled up to his lot and to my surprise the paint job that was done was PERFECT! IN MY EYES ANYWAYS! I would definitely recommend Midway Auto Repair. John will be honest and will set realistic expectations, which I appreciated. There are quite a few repair shops around the same location as Midway Auto Repair and I doubt they will set realistic expectations on your repair up front. If that is what you want see John.

Highly recommended! I was updated throughout the process and was always able to speak to a live person when I called. My car looks amazing and the paint match was perfect. My car runs great and was finished earlier than expected. I will continue to support family owned businesses.
