Horrible experience: I decided to bring in my 2020 Toyota Corolla for what I thought was an oil change and tire rotation, which I paid for on 8/14/2024 only to be driving on the highway and suddenly I hear a noise coming from beneath. I got off and looked under my car only to find this! The oil cover dragging and held with just one screw this is unacceptable, dangerous, and just negligence. This is a new dealership, I brought it here because it's nearby. After this service, I would rather drive it into the suburbs as this is the worst service I have ever received. People buy vehicles to be serviced correctly and expect what we pay for. I went in and asked why your service form specifies that my vehicle was repaired properly and completed and checked, and the persons name! You falsified this document, stating that the work was completed it's obvious that this wasn't the case. I won't be returning to this dealer.

This toyota is a very nice dealership and amazing workers inside as well. Eric Cardona was one of the people that helped me out very helpful and made sure everything was done accordingly to plan and got us the car we wanted 10/10 would do business again with him

I just had an excellent experience buying my new Land Cruiser from Victory Midtown. At the moment, this model is still somewhat hard to find in the trim I wanted. Several other dealers had a bit of an arrogant attitude, as if I should be honored for them to sell me one.
Not so at Victory. From the speedy first email response to a thorough follow up, excellent, prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous follow up, they delivered my LC on time as promised and with no games or hard sell follow ups.
I would buy from them again without hesitation.

We currently purchase a Semi New Rav4 from Victory Toyota, the Finance manager Rene Ortiz and Saleman Manual Estrada made things so easy and smooth. Extremely happy how things went at the dealership. I would truly recommend you go there for your next purchase and see them too for the best experience.

I have attempted to Purchase a vehicle using the online portal, it’s supposedly created so you can buy the vehicle online. Lies! Now they reach out to me and want me to go in to “Make Sure the car is a right fit” if that wasn’t the car I wanted do you think I would be starting the purchase?. 0/10 will not be buying a car here.

I did not have a good experience. I schedule my oil change and tire rotation appointment at 9:30 am. I was asked to be there 30 minutes prior to my appointment but I arrived 40 minutes early. I was not greeted right away by any staff members. Customer service was really lacking. I've received services at two different Toyota locations and in comparison this one was the worst. The other locations provide faster service and even provide free lunch for customer who are waiting. This location did not provide either. They did not complete my oil change and tire rotation until after 12 pm and I had to prompt them to get me the report so that I could leave and get my kids some lunch. I will not be returning to that location for service. I find it interesting that others have had the same experience regarding their service department and Mid Town Toyota offers apologies but it seems like they don't take it serious enough if the service has not improved. I wish I would have read these reviews before scheduling my "appointment". Anyhow, if you read this and believe that your time and money are valuable, get your car serviced somewhere else. I went to this location because it was new and closer than the other Toyota locations I've taken it to. I'd prefer to drive further and deal with real professionals.

Everyone working there is very nice and helpful. I had a great experience with the person help me with the car that I was purchasing,his name was Randall . He went above and beyond to please me with the car. Would recommend this place to friends and I will be back in the future. Thank you
