Excellent service! Skully and Cuco were very helpful in addressing my issue. Very friendly and accurate. I ask for approximately how longs my service would take and then went for a walk and came back a dn bam. Done. So props to the mechanics as well.

REVIEW FROM NOVEMBER 2024: Second review for this shop (I had to edit my previous review). Excellent service again. Had a very slow leak. They found two small nails/construction material and plugged both holes. Then they found a third very small leak that could not be fixed. Once we knew the tire could not be salvaged or repaired, they did NOT charge me for this labor.
Instead, they recommended that I replace the tire. They suggested I buy a gently used tire instead of a brand new one, which saved me $250+. The tires on my high performance SUV are expensive.
I was initially skeptical of buying a used tire. But they showed me which exact tire I would purchase, with images online, including a picture showing tread depth of 8 mm. But I was concerned: where did the tire come from? How did I know it would not have a problem? Midtown Auto Repair assured me that they would (1) visually inspect the tire when it arrived, (2) perform a water dunk test to look for leaks, and (3) provide a 30-day warranty, which you don't even get with some new tires.
They ordered the tire, it was delivered the next day, and they installed it with minimal wait when I returned with the car.
Selling me a used tire obviously resulted in lower revenues for the shop, and I am glad they looked for ways to save me money. I will definitely return.
REVIEW FROM AUGUST 2024: Midtown was conveniently open Sunday afternoon and took my car without wait. A screw/nail in my rear tire was causing a slow leak. Midtown removed the screw and repaired the tire, when another shop said it could not. The other shop felt that screw was too close to the sidewall, but that shop was in a rush and did not inspect the tire closely. The screw was really on the tread.
For a very reasonable price, Midtown quickly got me back on the road, so we could continue our Father's Day plans. Thanks!

I brought my car in for an oil change and asked the team to check my tires and help with a stuck license plate screw. They were fast and efficient with the work. The management team kept me updated and clearly showed the cost beforehand. I will continue to get my service work done here as I feel they are trustworthy and skilled. Bryan Murillo is excellent!

I busted my tire and they were able to get me in immediately. Even stayed late past closing so I could get my car in. And to make it even better, it was done the next day! I highly recommend midtown auto repair. I will be coming back if I need anything!

Had my catalytic converter stolen in Chicago while visiting from out of town. The team at Midtown Auto went above and beyond to help me.
