Non-existent communication skills. When they assure you something will happen at a given time add another couple months. This entity should provide all employees free classes on how to build relationships and rapport with their clientele. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache..

After working with fiances trust for 5 years, they sold out to Midland. There is NO customer service. Its been over a year & we still have no online accesd to court approved funds. Not to mention a medical emergency that occured in June, that they are refusing to pay for services required by his physician. Go ANYWHERE BUT...
