Alicia did a wonderful job helping me get my service all back in Tech I literally called the 1-800 customer service number about 20 times nobody can help me they just made it worse I went to Geek Squad because I paid for that they couldn't help me I went to four different Metro by T-Mobile's and they couldn't help me so she does a wonderful job she knows how to be professional and actually knows what she's doing so thank you again for helping me work all the Kinks out on my phone because we all know you can't go without your phone

One of the best Metro stores I've ever been to. Customer service is great the ladies working here are always so helpful and happy to help. Every time I come in to get something new I always walk out with exactly what I’m looking for

Customer service is terrible. They are rude and don't seem to know much about promotions and offers. If you're not buying a $500+ phone they care less about you. That's how they act. And No one ever answers the phone and you can't leave a message because the voicemail is always full.

I went in this store with a million questions about switching carriers and all the plans T-Mobile has to offer and the store associates were all really helpful and accommodating. it's rare to find a store that actually cares enough to take a little extra time to explain everything. I highly recommend this phone carrier but most importantly this specific store.

Hands down the best metro. Jose is so friendly and easy to talk to. Answered all my questios and concerns. I walked in skeptical and came out with a great phone. Jose really took those nerves away. What great guy. (Cute too) ;) thanks. I highly recommend this store. Definitely coming back to add more lines

Awesome experience! I was really impressed with the knowledge Jose displayed. I didn’t feel rushed and he really didn’t give me something that didn’t suit me. He really listened to what I was looking for in a phone. I’m so happy for glad I ran into this store! Jose I can’t thank you enough for the amazing experience bro. I highly recommend this store! Very down to earth and honest... it’s the little things for me. Thanks again brother!
