The Google search said it was open. I am a disabled senior citizen. I walked there to find the establishment was gated and locked. It was suppose to open at 10am. The search said open. I arrived at noon.

I came in very sleepy one day and this store took advantage of me and sold me a old free phone for $140. They didn't even finish programming the phone. I can't answer my calls and I don't have a gallery for my pictures. I'm switching to another carrier.

It's close and it's never coming back just saying. I wouldn't because people broken in it and destroyed everything and then wonder why we don't have any phone ,etc.& Like the wig stores around the neighborhood! Instead of not destroying things that many people used to pay there bills & buy . Now we got to go somewhere else! Thank's for destroying the little thing we got in neighborhood & also people lost their jobs. Just saying

My experience with Metro PCs on 75th off Exchange has been that they are extremely dishonest. They sell you used phone and case and lie and say that they are new. Among other lies!
