Very rude customer service all they do is put wrong peoples phones on the account idk why they even open this store had gotten shot up and even shut down so many times and it’s still open makes the metrop pcs brand look like a mess

Very Unprofessional. I was yelled at for asking questions. Asked why am I still in the store and told to leave, After asking the representative to please calm down there was no reason to yell. I will not visit this location again.

We reached out to this store and got hung up in twice, as as community member of Austin it is discouraging to be treated like this, where as in other areas the customer service is great. Is it because where you are located you think you can talk to polite professional people in that way? I'm reaching out to corporate they need training.

this place is great. the sales rep is awesome and very knowledgeable. I love the House Music being played by live DJs! this is the best Metro Store in the game!
