SCAMMERS. I came in because i need my PKU and corporate told me to come by the store to access my account in person
girl working lied to my face and tried to sell me a new sim card without even looking at my account, i called her on it and she said ohh well our internet isnt working. I asked for a business card and she said she didnt have any.
if your internet is down, then how were you going to sell me a sim card?
she wanted a cut of the sales comission and to not do her job.
Corporate already told me that i could come by with an ID for my code. SCAMMERS.

This cellphone store is full of scammers. They tell you the price of a phone and then the next day the other employee tells you another price. The woman that helped me was not friendly and lied to me as I walked to the store a couple blocks away and they helped me tremendously with the right prices!!!They are terrible for the albany park community and they are stealing from those people. I will never shop with their business again. They are a third party and not even real Metro by Tmobile!!I will find out the company name and file a complaint for unethical business practices. I am sure the owners of this business are profiting off of stealing from its employees AND customers.

They’re scammers, be careful! Tablet suppose to be $15 but they’ll tell you it is $50, which is not in the company’s promotions
