Luis is really great this is what all customer service should be like we buy our phones at different location but when we had problems with it would help us.But Luis really did his job and help us resolve the problem.Great store definitely recommend it.

I dislike the way the associates charged me more than what I had to pay example they grabbed a phone case and told me they wouldn't charge me but then i checked my recepit they had charged me 19.99 for that I never wanted a phone case the associate said it was gonna be a replacement for the taxes. I got a new line with them and they charge you more for their own benifit since they get payed for it. Plus their comission. Im very disappointed and they don't care about customers. Never ever Again will I come to this location nor recommend it.

I wish there was a no star rating. This is the worst metropcs store I have ever been to. Bought an LG HBS900 bluetooth head set it did not work. They forced a replacement on me. It does not work either and they tested it in their store to verify that the headset was defective. They just said they do not do cash/credit refunds so I am out of $40. What a shame . The young lady behind the counter was as sweet as you can find but the owner(s) policy is as bad as they get. Please no one should shop at this location again, ever. I know I will never shop at this location again not even to pay my bill. Shoppers beware of this location.

i wish I could give this location no stars they scam my mom and when my mother asked why so high they dint want to explain the charges at all I called over and over to speak to a manager but a manager was never in, please avoid this location, when they say "free" accessories it really is not they charge you for them that's exactly what they did to my mother, I wish I remember the girls name
