Horrible service, I been a customer for over 10 years & recently I’ve had so much trouble with them. I went in 3 times in one week and nobody could help me at all they said was “we can’t do anything” “ I don’t know” honestly terrible management all they care is about getting your money they don’t care to help you at all overpriced as well too. I was 2 weeks without internet I didn’t get any store credit or my money back like the manager said I would, they were bullshitting me never again.

Be careful with this location they sell used phones they also changed my number without telling me had to call customer services to change it back.would give it 0 stars if I could. Also would help to get some Spanish speaking workers had to translate for a few people there cause employees on spoke English.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place stinks.
I hate coming here but I have no car rn & it’s hard for me to go anywhere else. The service here is horrible. I feel like I just been robbed.

Got a really Good deal. I needed to get 4 phones for my family. The lady gave me great family offer With unlimited data. My daughters were very happy , the representative aslo gave them free merchendise. Loved the service and staff.

I always visit this location and they never disappoint! My kid broke his phone and needed a new phone but the same number. They gave him a great deal on iphone 11 and he was super happy. They also added the home internet for us for such a great deal. Best metro and great service !!!

I had issues with transferring my data from my old phone to new new, I had been to a couple if metros but they didn't help me with transferring the data, but the staff here were super friendly and patient they transfered all my data and helped me understand how to use my new phone. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family. Extremely satisfied with the customer service !!!

My phone was broken, I didn't want to spend a lot of money. But the girl gave me a great deal for my money and also hooked me up with the ACP PLAN, which lowers my bill by $30. Bingo!!!! Loved the service.

This location always provides the best and the most economical options to your problems. My mothers phone screen cracked they gave a grest deal on a better version of phone and aldo helped me transfer all her photos and contacts into the new phone . They are super amazing .

Great customer service , I lost my phone and was so stressed as I didnt remember the pin and I need my same number because of work . I had been to couple of metros before this one but they couldn't help me get the same number,but the staff here heard my problem and took the time to call the company and helped me get the same number . It took the girl quiet some time but she was patient and really helped me. I will always visit this location and will recommend it to everybody.

They really helped with my plans adjustment! Although it was difficult for me to pay too much upfront, they gave me affordable prices on my plans and mobile phones. Excellent service!!
