First thing. When I got in, there was a dog on the side of the store, I had an allergy, so I had a hard time, I didn't talk, I waited until they finished and left . Second thing. The customer service she doesn't have any idea any idea about the upgrade policy or transferring service from person to person if the other person is considered as a new customer or not, so l left that store

We are disappointed with the store's customer service. The blonde girl who served us had an unfriendly attitude and we realized that she spoke badly about us when we were in the store. You would think we didn't understand English, but we understood everything. Very disappointed, we will not return. She explained to me that a process could not be done, but customer service said otherwise. I was not rude to her, but her attitude is arrogant and not very aligned with customer service. A public service course and developing body communication would help her a lot.

This store has the worst customer service. I needed a statement with my address on it to get my DMV license renewed. They don't have a printer, the customer service guy said he couldn't access my account even though I owed MetroPCS my monthly payment. The store on Clarke had no problem assisting me. I know where I will get a new phone, on Clarke Street in Rogers Park

Joe is a no-B.S. kind of person. Of the many Metro by T-Mobile stores in the city of Chicago, this shop is the best. They really provide the customer service that I expect. Friendly, direct-to-the-point, and quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location. I live more than 10 miles from this site, but I bypass many others to get the assistance that I need.

I purchased a device from here that turned out to be defective. The store then tried to deny my return for defective device. They ultimately "returned it" on paper. She said it would take 7-10 days to show up on my card.Low and behold 12 days later and no credit from the merchant. I had to send receipts to my credit card company so they could dispute.The woman at the store said I wouldn't be eligible for an upgrade because the device was returned.She had a really disgusting attitude the entire time.I visited a Corporate store where they were able to process my upgrade correctly. Although, at this location they mentioned she NEVER Returned my upgrade feature so I could qualify. This only means she kept credit for the transaction so she could be paid for it.DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE LOCATION. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
