Julian was the best rep I have ever interacted with at wireless carrier store. He usually works at another location but I am glad they sent him to this location. He helped my Mom and I upgrade to news phones and walked us through how to use an iphone! We have been android users for years and wanted to try something different. He is very professional, personable and smart! Answered all of questions and made the whole experience great and we are happy with our purchase! Thank you Julian and MetroPCS!

Decided to do payment plans on my phone and I was told there was NO service fee or anything of that sorts. Today when Smart Pay called me they told me its a 20% service charge. If I knew that I would have just paid the phone in full. Ridiculous!
