Kathy and the rest of the staff have been awesome. Unloading was easy because we were able to pull into the building and they had moving carts for us. Highly recommend.

The staff here is phenomenal. I rented a unit online, but Kathy advised that I may have needed to switch based on the items I had to store. I thought I would be good, but let's just say I should've listened to the expert. ? I ended up calling to switch the unit on 10/16 when a gentlemen whose name I didn't get was working. He was able to do so quickly and easily over the phone. The two of them made this process so easy for me. Thank you so much!

J. J was a great! Very polite and respectful! Gave us a tour of the facility, everything is great! Prices are wayyyy more reasonable than across the street (Extra Space storage) and they have carpet in the units!
