I'm not sure what the issue is up here. But I got a phone from this location 2 days ago and it has been extremely terrible ever since I left the store. the service is basically non-existent and I am paying for the highest plan. I'm not understanding Why I can't use the phone yet? I have to connect to Wi-Fi just to be able to use it. And when I'm disconnected, it says that I'm "offline". how am I offline? When I pay for Mobile data? I can barely use the phone, my calls Don't come through, text messages don't send properly let alone get received on time.I can barely hear the person on the other end. This location either sold me a janky a** phone or they are just a HORRIBLE company to have and I'm not sure how because I've had metro previously and it was never this useless. During the purchasing process, they'd made it seem like they were giving me a deal. Said that my phone was "free" , And i was given the option to either pay for a phone case or the adapter to the charger. Because it supposedly comes without one. The total fee was $ 117Bought it on the 9th and it's the 11thWOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

This location will make every effort to get you what you want and need. No confusing tech talk. Mo and his people proved to me that it's about the customer and not the profits. I did have to wait my turn. However everyone before me was treated with respect and were not rushed or taken for a ride. I was also very satisfied. straight talk, Facts and savings here. I met the owner when I was there. His name is Mo. His people are just as caring. Great training I suppose. Recommended highly!

I am so disappointed about the service I received here today I paid as a first time customer and after staying in the store for over four hours I left the store without the phone service I paid for..I didn’t receive my original SIM card back which caused me to be without phone service til this moment ..this is all unconvincing.customer service stated they could issue me a refund because their system says I paid cash and didn’t show the correct amount that I actually paid using my debit card this company has inconvenienced my life. I will never recommend them to anyone
