Watch them WHEN COMING HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR STUFF YOU DID NOT ASK FOR. I asked for my service to be transferred over only thing I needed was internet which I SPECIFIED SPECIFICALLY. Instead they added extra internet and insurance on my phone which I didn’t ask for in extra internet in it’s supposed to be UNLIMITED ALREADY. WHATCH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THEIVES IN THAT RESULTED IN A 83 dollars prepaid phone bill. Than Lied in said my bill will be 65 next month. I wish I can sue them for basically stealing from me YOU PUT THOSE FEATURES ON Me WITHOUT MY CONSENT THEIVES !

The young lady Gloria is the best. She is very helpful and always nice to everyone. She never turns anyone down. This is the reason why I came back to this location!!!! She has changed it completely! Sad to see her go ! Will have to find a new location

This location of metroPCS is very unprofessional. I’m not going to explain in detail what happened but the representatives appear to be nonchalant, inattentive and unable to provide professional communication with customers like myself. I make calls and ask questions in advance to get more information via phone to avoid wasting time and to make sure I bring or know any credentials that’s relevant to my services. The ladies in this establishment such as Natalie and especially Tyshianna (she’s a young black girl with unclean brown ugg boots) fails to provide just that and they will waste your time if you’re not specific with every single question in which of course I wouldn’t be able to answer since I don’t know all of the guidelines unlike MetroPCS employees. Customer service is about going above and beyond. Not just with appearance and professionalism but ALSO WITH INFORMATION AND DEVICES. They should know the pros and cons of the company, its phones, policies ETC. There’s not much room for “mistakes.” When someone calls and asks a simple question, part of their job is to be more elaborate in their responses relating to the company and question(s). Shoot, they barely answer their work phone. I had a very bad experience at this location due to this error. It’s a shame that they don’t take any accountability for their actions. At least there are people out there that do. Like myself. Hopefully, they replace the incompetent workers and hire people that ACTUALLY care about their job, the information presented of the job and the customers. Because in this specific environment, we need those good examples. Peace.

No good customer service at all, when you come in there needing assistance they don't have the phones or can not assist you then they walk off while you're still talking, tried to purchase my daughter the iPhone SE for the advertised price thats clearly posted all over the windows but I was told that it inaccurate and I have to pay almost 400.00 for a iPhone thats advertised as 49.00 with new plan or ported number, awh yeah don't let you ask questions they tell you to go to other metro stores, this store should be closed down....

The customer service is unbelievable! The reps are very knowledgeable and also takes time out to help with any problem big or small! They are very friendly and sometimes I go in just to chat! I love Metro by T-Mobile!
