When I signed up, they didn't give me a clean number. There was another person using it for Facebook, Xfinity, the gas company and electric com, which caused me so many problems. I would never advise anyone to use Metro PCS. Another thing is that all of the employees at the Archer and 38th store can't answer any questions. Personally, I think they all need to be put through the proper training.

My grandmother and I went to make a payment. The employee that was helping us was very rude to my grandmother through out the whole interaction. Despite her rude attitude we remained polite. I don't normally put out a review but I just didn't like the way the employee was treating my grandmother.

I went to the store on 47th and Broadway in Wichits KS not sure of what I wanted but Stephanie showed me some phones and helped me pick a plan that works for me she was a great. So a big thank you to her.

Edgar and his co-worker had lovely customer service skills good good manners and took care of all customers present in the store well ... Metro owners at this location dropped the ball. 1st issue .... I was told I qualified for a free phone new line ... Than they changed it and told me I had to purchase the phone for said line .... Ok nevermind no biggie .... The price for a ported line Samsung 39.99 ... Ok than 2nd issue the phone price is really 79.99 ... Why did everything change from the beginning... ??♀️ No thank you ... Please tell me prices for everything from the beginning ... Do not change prices while going through a transaction ... and think it's ok ...

This was by far the best Metro I have ever been to. They hooked me up with a brand new phone, speaker, VR, and head phones all for under $250. This will be my go to store for all this cellular related.
