I have never ever left a review for any other site or retail store hence the vibe at this metroPCS is only good. There is a rep her name is Bella, she is super cool (asks for her). She made sure I comfortable and with my decision to port over my number from another company. I never felt once like I was speaking to a salesperson. If you looking for understanding people (Jason help me pick out accessories) and good vibes this is the location to be at.

ANGELINA FOR EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!!!! I had recently purchased an iPhone 8, 2 Ultimate Ears speakers, and added a line to my account for my wife who i got to switch over from Metro PCS, all from another T-Mobile store at the Brickyard location. The Brickyard location employee had given me a personal business card to contact him to port in my wifes number, but after the sale he never responded. He claimed he wasn't at work at that time, but he had never responded period even when he was at work. And this card he gave me was his personal number, not a store number. I had to go to another T-Mobile location on Fullerton & Pulaski where an AMAZING Asst Mgr named Angelina not only got my wifes number ported in, but also through communication with me discovered that i owned a business and gave me a better deal with my account by making it a business account. She sold me a device for my car that I really wanted when i saw it at the Brickyard location, but made it easier to purchase with her knowledge of accounts. We bought my wife a phone case as well and i was very satisfied with her customer service. She left us her number to contact for any reason whatsoever and when we did have a question she made good on her word by responding, unlike the Brickyard location. Unfortunately my speakers didn't pair together and my car device was shorting the electrical system in my car whenever it was plugged in. So naturally i wanted to return them. I went to the Addison Mall location and they said my return was one day past the policy return date and the only one who can override that is the mgr of the store i bought them from. So i went back to Brickyard where i purchased the items and was met with nothing but ridiculous technicalities and employees that don't have basic math skills. 14 days from June 8th is June 22nd in any form of math, but not at this particular T-Mobile. The employees at Brickyard insisted it was 15 and my items were un-returnable. The manager of that store went as far as to count on her fingers from 8 to 21 in my face and came up with the number 14. If this is how math really worked then bank accounts all over the world are wrong. The gesture itself of counting in my face with her fingers was completely disrespectful. She then doubted that the car device was shorting my dashboard in my car (basically calling me a liar) and said "the devices would've been recalled if this was an ongoing issue". I asked to atleast give me a store credit for these unwanted items that dont work as they should ($300 for the speakers and $30 for the Sync device is not the kind of money to sneeze at) and they refused because of how they "uniquely" count days according to policy. Extremely frustrated, i left before I could explode in their store and thought about cancelling my entire family's contracts with T-Mobile (Mother, Father, Nephew, Mine, and my wifes). I remembered Angelina's customer service though and went to her for help at the Fullerton & Pulaski location. She seemed very shocked at the situation and the unwillingness of another stores inability to work with a loyal customer in this particular situation. She is only an Assistant Manager and she was far more professional and helpful than the previous head manager at the Brickyard location had been. She completely satisfied my complaints in under 10 min. Thanks to her i have faith in T-Mobile as a company and realize that it was just poor training and customer service at one store that gives the company a bad name. I wont switch from T-Mobile like i did from AT&T for their poor service when i first came to T-Mobile. And I feel Angelina should be recognized for saving 5 accounts and keeping the good reputation of T-Mobile going. Angelina should definitely be considered for a promotion to manage her own store sometime soon. As a manager and business owner myself, I would definitely give her that opportunity to prove herself to the company as she proved herself to
