“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smart Choice Suits, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. I needed a gold-colored dress shirt for a wedding I was invited to last minute and decided to call ahead. Shanks answered the phone and assured me they had plenty in stock.
Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by everyone at the store. The customer service was exceptional. Shanks had my dress shirt ready, complete with a matching tie. I also realized I might need socks, and Shanks picked out the perfect pair. The socks were so good that I decided to get some shoes as well, as the ones he suggested looked fantastic with my outfit.
After I paid for everything, I had some time before my Uber arrived. Shanks gave me a tour of the store, and we had a great conversation about different styles and fashion trends. It was an AWESOME experience!
This was 11/10 customer service, and I highly recommend visiting Smart Choice Suits.

“Finally found a custom place that gives me the look I'm after! After trying and failing at a couple other custom or made-to-measure places, tried here, and this has been the first real success. First started with some pants, then did a sportscoat, and finally just got my first suit from them. Took a long time for me to get around to purchasing the suit, as I'm a WFH computer programmer, don't have much demand for wearing suits, and the pandemic put a big hiatus on ordering more tailored clothing. However, I clearly waited too long. I just got my suit back from them, and it's absolutely glorious. My wife's eyes damn near popped out of her head when she first saw me in the new suit. Also had a friend stop by when I was wearing it for the first time out, and was told "you look like a menswear Instagram influencer". As someone that's into looking good but has a difficult body shape to fit with tailored clothing, it's very, very satisfying to finally have the kind of suit I was dreaming about. Can't wait to get my next piece!”
“I went in the store with a broken phone and I asked him if he could fix it and he said yes but he also gave me advice, if he had fixed my phone it wouldn’t last long because the phone was literally bent and shattered front and back so he gave me a deal on a new phone! Mike is the best!! I stood in there for 2 hours while he was on the phone with Verizon trying to port my phone number over to my new phone. Thankkk youuuu Mikeeeeee !!!”

It is one of my dear friend’s weddings, and I wanted to show up looking as good as possible. Osman took my measurements and got the shirt ready in 1 week! It they don’t have it, they’ll order it for you, too. I’ve probably been going to this store for about 25 years, on and off.”

I’ll do it when I absolutely have to, and I’ll hate every minute of it.Except my experience with Elias was a breeze. In the past I had my neck and arms measured. That’s it. I never had a properly fitting dress shirt. The attention to detail that Elias had for my wedding shirts was second to none.I will absolutely be coming back to the Knot Standard in the future, and working strictly with Elias.”
