Super helpful! I ordered my nieces quince dress at a different boutique since my brother had already done a deposit. Unfortunately the boutique didn’t include the last doll or brindis with packages. I went to this shop and the lady who helped me was super helpful in helping me place my order for these two very important items. I was completely impressed by the details of the bear’s dress and how identical it was to my nieces quince dress. She was over the moon and absolutely loved it.

I would recommend My Quince World... is the best place to come and find your dream dress.... NOT only is the staff VERY welcoming but they treat you like family... very patiences... accommodating .... it was such a pleasure... their prices are to die for and it was a great experience not only for my daughter but for me as well... I would recommend you stoping by to see them and allow them to give you the amazing time of your life ...

i went there around march, searching for my dream quinceañera dress. i went to a shop before this store and i was stressed, once i came in i wasn’t sure because none of their dresses caught my attention, my godmother suggested to try on a certain dress since it had a variety of colors. i tried on a navy blue dress and thought it was so pretty, then i tried on a burgundy one and absolutely fell in love with the dress. we decided to get this dress and came back in july for a fitting, the straps in the back were a bit loose and we made another appointment to come back and pick up my dress a week before my quince and everything fit perfectly! i am absolutely satisfied with the price and the quality of the dress. the staff are very helpful and kind, i definitely recommend this place to get a quince dress!

We went here for my sister's 15 in 2013 and it was a total nightmare. My sister picked the dress online before hand from a different place and luckily they did have it at the store. They told us they were going to order it in time which they did not. At this time she was about a size 6 and they gave her the one they had at the store which was about a size 14. She struggled throughout the night having to pull up the dress every second. Her accessories including bible, bouquet, gloves, and doll were poorly made with the glue and details falling off. The doll looked nothing like her dress as her dress was pink and orange ruffled and they took a doll with a pink dress and just added orange ribbons to it. When the boys in her 15 came to try on the suits one of them left their shirt so when we came back they refused to believe us saying that we were trying to steal from them. We left defeated and had to buy another shirt, but not from them. They overpriced everything and we didn't want to give any more money. When it was my time for my 15 I did not go here for anything. I do not recommend this place at all.

While looking for the dress was a good experience. The aftermath was not so much. My dress came in May. I called and asked if the dress was there. They told me yes but recommended I come in a Month before the wedding in case my weight fluctuates. That I understood. I asked if I needed to do anything prior to going and they said no, just come in and we'll assist you. Fast forward to 07/21/2018, I show up (I live 4 1/2 hours away) and they first start off with I didn't have an appointment. Which NO ONE told me I needed. So then they told me they would go ahead and take me in but after an hour. I came back to find out they ordered THE WRONG DRESS!! They tried to pin it on me not having an appointment (even if I had an appt the dress is wrong anyway!!) They tell me they have it at a warehouse and I could go the week after. Umm sorry no, I live 4 hours away and no one told me about an appt and my dress is wrong so forget the appt ordeal. So they said they would ship it. They measured my height right then and there and showed me a few veils. One that came with it and other ones. They tell me 'Ohh but its a $40 diff." I'm already heated, what makes you think I am paying more? With the inconvenience they caused you'd think they would give me the veil how it is and not charge the difference. Secondly I now have to pay someone to alter my dress when it was included in my price I paid because they said oh and we'll alter it at your own risk. What kind of comment is that when THEY messed up. I am very dissatisfied with the professionalism they portrayed. My sister, mom, cousin and my daughter were going to get dresses there and I wanted to purchase my bouquet as well. But after my experience with them, hell no. They never accepted their mistake nor tried to make up for it.

This place has to be the most unprofessional place on Earth!!! They sweet talk you promising the best wedding package and deal, but once you sign the contract with them you never hear from them again. The only phone call I received from them was to make a payment on my package so they can start on my dress. Once it was paid off I called them almost every day to receive an update on my wedding dress and it was almost impossible to get a hold of them and their voicemail is full. When I finally got a hold of them they would promise me a call back and nothing. I made an appointment to pick out everything from my package and I showed up on the day of the appointment only so they could tell me to come back another day because they were busy. What is the purpose of an appointment? I received my dress and everything a day before the wedding not to mention I made the order Sept 2017 and saw the dress for the first time end of May 2018 What a shock my name was MISSPELLED!!! I was unable to use everything that came with the package such as the bible, guest book and ring bearer pillow. When I confronted them about my name they said I wrote my name down. Realyy????? that's the best they can do. How is it that I am not going to know how to spell my own name. Give me a break. They are the most rude ladies I've encountered. I've never seen any "professionals" talk down to their clients the way these ladies do. Make sure the price they give you is a final price or else they are going to add $100 here and $50 there for "better quality". I am more than happy to share pictures with anyone so you can see the low quality and horrible job. You can sit a 3 year old and they will do a better job and get your name right. I would give 10 negative stars if that were possible. Please avoid this place and save yourself numerous headaches and 2k.

We are very pleased with the owner of my quince world. They have done everything to our satisfaction for my daughters quince coming up. We even ordered the courts dresses here. Ariela and her husband make you feel comfortable with your decision and they never rush you on your decision. Highly recommend them!
