McGrath Acura Chicago has the most wonderful people. They are willing to listen and negotiate fairly and reasonably. Maria was awesome. She made sure my family was comfortable while they waited for me to negotiate with Greg and to sign paperwork with Anna. The car was cleaned and spotless when I picked it up. Maria took time to explain some of the technologies and features of the vehicle. I'm old school but she made things understandable for me. I had a great experience overall. Thanks to all the people mentioned above. Please also thanks the service staff for preparing the car and the cashier lady who took the payment ?.

Was coming off a lease and considering options to buy or lease again. Guillermo was very patient and explained all the different possibilities to me. In the end, I decided to lease a new 2024 RDX with more of the features I wanted. Thank you to Guillermo for all of his help! I would also like to give a shout-out to the young woman in the finance department. She made the whole financing side of the deal go seamlessly.

They act nice when you’re buying a Vehicle , but the moment you leave they won’t help you anymore. They’re liars. Make sure take your own notes and prof because they will deny everything and will say theirs no note on talking you before for; And to talk to a manager they keep you on hold for more than 15 minutes and at times they hang up the call, and wait a long time again. Our time is valuable as well!
