Sam was very helpful told him my issue and he was on it. Water pump went out on my Ford explore although its a very expensive repair they were the cheapest quote and repaired my truck in no time!

The service work, drop off, and cashiers are always good in my experience. The communication was not so good. I received a complimentary ride home after dropping off my car and then received a text message from service. It stated to text at any time. I sent 3 texts and received no reply. I dropped off my car just after 12 noon and was told it would take a few hours and I would get a call. At 4:52 pm, I called the dealership, I got picked up and put on hold and then transferred to service where the phone rang continuously until it disconnected.
I know the service department closes at 7 pm so I called again at 5:58 pm. I was put on hold and transferred again but was picked up this time. I stated that I was calling to see if my car was ready and I was told that the shop was empty and everyone had gone home. But he checked and told me the car was ready. When I got to the dealership I went out to service and it was quiet and empty, I was asked if I was called about my car…I WAS NOT. I was then directed to the cashier to pay and end my experience. I believe if I didn’t call and get through to someone my car would have sat there overnight. So, service experience good, communication NOT TO GOOD.

My 2014 Ford Fusion's transmission was acting "shifty" while on the Eisenhower Expressway and the shifter inside wasn't working. I got to my destination, put it in park and it locked the transmission. I checked YouTube and I saw that the BUSHING was broke. A mechanic just happen to be nearby and patched it until I could get it fixed right.
I got a Recall letter from Ford the next day for this very issue and made an appointment with McCarthy Ford. They found FOUR other recall items and we made an appointment to bring it in.
I arrived ON TIME and the place was so clean, they had several mechanics on duty, every person who approached me was so polite and caring. I was there at 10am and the car was ready by 3pm. Every question I had was answered and I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes flat. Heck, I haven't seen customer service this good in years and I almost bought another Ford that day Lol. Oh, and the car drives better than it ever has.

Great service department! Took care of my recall, did an oil change and got new wiper blades today. They were finished in about an hour. Frank and staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks for the great job!
