I came in here to this Mattress Firm with my parents to help them find a new mattress, and Thomas was phenomenal. He was better than any sales rep we have ever interacted, never making us feel pressured and giving us space when we needed to test out different models. He was super patient and answered every last question my mom had for him. He helped us find the best deals, and allowed us to leave feeling reassured that our purchase was the right fit for my parents. He deserved a raise!

My girlfriend has been struggling to get used to my high pillows, so we stopped into this store to look for a thinner pillow. Thomas helped us try out a few different kinds until we found one that fit just right—the Signature SUB-0° Triple Cooling Pillow Low. My girlfriend slept much better on this pillow, and even I have started to prefer it when she's not here!

We needed a bed for our daughter, and could not be happier we chose Mattress Firm in Wicker Park. Vince greeted us when we walked in, and made us feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable but allowed us space to try beds out and make our decision without feeling pressured. We will be back!

Thomas was great! We never imagined we would have such a great experience buying a bed! We learned so much from Thomas. He patiently took us through the store to fit us for a mattress and shared information to help us make the best decision. The man is literally a sleep expert. He has PhD level knowledge on sleep, mattresses, bed bases, sheets, and pillow types! It was very impressive. I’m convinced everyone needs to be fitted for a mattress now. I didn’t realize how many health benefits there are to getting a good mattress! We’re excited for our new bed and will be telling others to come to this specific Mattress Firm location since Thomas only works here. Thank you again T!
