Amazing experience from the moment I called the store asking a million questions about a million products…Ashley was so very patient with us and explained all the different types of mattresses and adjustable frames once we came in the store…she made our transaction seamless and we will come to her for any additional needs! The sale associate who assisted my partner and I, was Candice. She is like a guru expert on the type of matress we should get. As first time buyers we spent about 2hrs getting our minds to narrow down our options. Candice was very knowledgeable, we were impressed. She was really sweet and patient with us. Especially since I had a hard time getting around. I had foot surgery and Candice was just amazing. I can not find the words to describe how she went above and beyond. She was very professional and paid attention to the details of our needs and gave efficient options. Thank you for making our experience a great one. Also the matress we got definitely what we both needed. We haven't slept this good in years! Thank you Candice! Management if you see this, she is a keeper. Give her a raise put her in management.

It was time for a new mattress. I walked in, and was greeted right away. Candy listened to what I “and my cats” were looking for. She showed me some that were to my liking. I finally chose one. She explained to me the different ways on how to pay, or set up a financing plan. We were having fun the whole time. Can’t wait for my new bed!!

My sales associate was very knowledgeable about mattress. She explained to my mother the difference between the coil mattress and the foam mattress. She also explained about the box mattress.
