This review is coming years late, but I wanted to make sure to share my outstanding experience with Marvel Ventures Mortgage and Realty (bonus).My husband and I felt the constraints of living in a 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Chicago during the height of the Covid pandemic. I mean, what a time to have a signed a new lease!We got in touch with Ms. Nike and Mr. Rotimi at Marvel Ventures and we felt at ease from the minute we had our first conversation (virtual of course). Ms. Nike walked us through the buying process as first time homebuyers and also was upfront on what paperwork we would need to secure our loan.On the other hand Mr. Rotimi, was on the search for the perfect home for us and was able to get us in for showings at the end of May and early June 2020.We closed in 30 days from the time of putting in our contract and we are still in love with our home!I highly recommend working with them.

With the home buying process being so difficult, Marvel is a one stop shop. Providing you all that is needed to obtain your dream home. We work with Marvel during the dark days of the pandemic. The relieved all stress, answered all questions, and provided all resources that were needed in order to close on our newly built home. I strongly recommend Marvel.

Wow!! where do I start. Other lenders tried to deter me from purchasing a multiunit property. Of course i started my lender search with banks I already had relationships with. I remember sitting in the parking lot of the credit union frustrated. When i was listening to the radio and heard the Marvel Ventures Mortgages Ad. This company has been around for decades I will never forget the slogan "Nikki knows mortgages". It all made sense especially to do business with a black owned company which is always important to me. Well not only am I the owner of a 3unit property but with an interest rate of 3.25% !!!
