While I was checking out, I watched the cashier (Isabel C) pressure what seemed to be a teenager or a young adults into signing up for the credit card even after they said no. They might have been of age, but they seemed really young and the cashier who took care of this person Just wouldn’t let it go. I found my cashier to be a bit pushy about signing up for a credit card too but I stood firmly on my disinterest. I understand you guys have quotas to meet and you probably incentivize your employees to do so but this just seems a little aggressive and that kid nor I came in today with the intent to be pushed to sign up for a credit card. We just wanted to buy our products… you already got our money… it ruins the vibe completely.

This is definitely one of the best, if not the best, Marshalls I've visited. You can tell the workers care about the appearance and organization of the store especially in the beauty and bath section! I usually go to Marshalls to find a brand I use at a discounted price, and the color coordination in their beauty section makes it super easy.

Clothing selection always good.BUT, Chantel in the fitting department needs Customer Srvice Training ASAP. I’m shocked that she is allowed to work the Customer s
Chantel asked me why I was trying to on so many cloths. I replied that I want to be sure that what I buy fits when I get home. Chantel stated,”you can always return what doesn’t fit”
I responded I don’t want to have to come back . Chantel replied, “ oh you are one of those LAZY customers. “ I was shocked by that response 😳
When I finished trying on my items, Chantel asked me,” Are you finished with all of your Xmas shopping did you buy all of your GRANDCHILDREN there presents?”
I then asked her, “ why would you assume I am a grandfather? Why would you feel comfortable enough to refer to someone s age?” In fact I am not a grandfather. I told Chantel, you have called me a lazy customer and basically telling me that I look like someone s Grandfather “
I was so insulted and appalled by the ignorant dialogue with this Marshalls employee.
The Mangement stated that they had many complaints about her. My question now is, why is she allowed to continually insult customers? This employee makes Marshalls as a whole look bad.
Insulting day in Marshalls!!!😤

The store is very well organized and kept clean. They have a nice selection of things that I feel are not available at most other locations. They also have gender neutral single-use bathrooms. They are free for the public.

The clothing selection was good and every thing was well organized but I felt the need to leave a review because the fitting room attendant insisted that my friend use the wrong fitting room. When we walked toward the women’s side the employee stopped us and said my friend shouldn’t go in there. I assumed they meant we shouldn’t go in the same stall so I explained that we were going to two separate ones but then they persisted that my friend should go to the men’s dressing room. Luckily there was no one else there but it was an uncomfortable experience.

Why the employees so rude , I went yesterday and there was this lady cursing and talking bad about costumers in the fitting room and then my mom hit her shopping car into her clothing rack and she started telling her stuff all mad , like if she can’t handle it working in retail why is she there .

This Marshall’s is huge! It’s got tons of stuff as they all do and it’s pretty organized, the line didn’t take long to get through either. I’d go back!

I had a great experience shopping in their store. The store is well kept. Hidden gems and good deals throughout the store. The check out line was quick and the costumer service are awesome! I'll shop there again and again! Totally recommending this store.

Staff very unfriendly and sparky. Manager Crystal did not know what was the right thing to do!! Did not admit she made a mistake! And would not fix it!

This is my plug for the greatest scent and jar shape variety of $5-10 candles. Also always the first place I look for new soaps, bath washes and face cleaning products. I wish they sold interesting beach towels.

Store is a traditional good Marshalls BUT the escalator is broken and the wait for the elevator is almost not worth it.

I really like the store, I rarely shop but it has very good prices and a great variety.
