The store is pretty well organized, and the cashier was nice. They had a lot of brand-name makeup, especially Glossier items. I would double-check on some makeup items as some are already opened or could be missing.

It's a nice store with lots of travel related stuff and of course, dress, clothes etc. also has some furniture and cooking bathroom stuff. Price is good. Huge parking lot which is a big plus.

I am a weekly shopper at Marshalls, I love shopping at Marshalls but this by far is the worst location anyone can go to. I was purchasing a damaged blanket that was marked down to $8(yes I know, you get what you pay for but even though it had a few holes I couldn't say no to a $8 Mickey Mouse blanket). Once I was checking out at the cash register the cashier refused to honor the marked down price and was trying to make me pay full price for a blanket that was clearly damaged. Even after pointing out the couple of visible holes and the pulled out strings the rep called out her manager just to go off on me that I "must have switched the price tag" on the damaged blanket. I refuse to go back to this location, I would understand if the blanket was in perfect condition I would be more than happy to pay full price, but the embarrassment that the manager made me go through was very uncalled for and uncomfortable even after I suggested they go through the cameras they refused to acknowledge anything I had to say. I will definitely stay shopping at the canal location by my home.

Love Marshall's, however, due to the recent holiday, the selections were minimal. They just needed the chance to restock. I'll be back again. Great customer service. I did fine some nice throw rugs and gifts for my ?.

CASHIER NAMED ROCHELLE, WAS VERY RUDE. She had the number 8 in check out and walked away when my husband and I walked up to the register. She then proceeded to give an attitude towards us for no reason whatsoever. Horrible first experience at this Marshall’s, won’t be coming back. Someone definitely needs a refresher on customer service etiquette.
