Clothing and accessories store, located in the center of the city, in a basement, it is a fairly large store with women's, men's and children's clothing. There are accessories and complements for everyone. It also has a wide variety of footwear and prices start at $9.99 and up, open until 8:00, although it depends on the season.

I shopped there today, and every single employee that I encountered (except for one was completely rude to me, for absolutely zero reason)! It started off with the dressing room attendant. She was busy when I first came back there, but then she was immediately rude, instead of just nicely asking to assist me and count the number of items I was trying on. I had one extra item, over the limit. So I placed it on the rack that was right near where she was standing. She then insisted that I move it somewhere else, even though I was doing my best to help her out. It was honestly laughable how ridiculous how poorly she was talking to me, when again I had done nothing to her.
Then I went to go wait in line. They have a number system that tells you which register to go to. But I see the customer at the register right in front of me finished their transition, so I moved there to be helped next. Right after that I was scolded for not waiting for them to tell me which register to go to. Again this was entirely unnecessary, and just poor customer service. I really just wanted to get out of there by this point. But the cashier was taking a very long time folding my items. I told her that the folding was not necessary, I just needed them off the hangers. I know that she clearly heard me, but continued to take her time, and continue doing it, even though I told her I would like to just take my items and leave.
I don’t know what kind of training is provided here, but almost the entire staff could use a lesson on how to be friendly and helpful.
I will DEFINITELY not ever return to this location.

I bought a candle as a birthday gift for my friend who lives in another state. An employee next to me was unboxing new articles and throwing the packaging into a plastic bag. Since I wanted to ship the candle, I was just looking for a paper box. The employee was very rude and disrespectful to me. She screamed at me, because I touched the plastic bag and the paper boxes. I asked her if it's okay to take one of those things because I need to ship the candle. She replied to me, that I can't take it.
Seriously?! Is she the owner of the old packages? It was just a package without a name or address. OMG, it was so ridiculous... At the check out I told another employee about the situation and she was shocked. Actually, they are throwing it away and two or three minutes later I got one of the paper boxes for free. Thanks to the employee who understood my wish.

Just took a long walk just to get to Marshall. Sorry I brought my baby in a stroller with me. Elevator is out of order and no strollers on
the escalator. I was not able to get in there.

I had a very small purchase to make, one card and one children's book. The cashiers argued amongst themselves about who would have to ring up my purchases. They were deeply involved in a conversation about one young cashier's credit score. They did not want to stop talking to help me. It made me feel so uncomfortable that I finally left without my items.
