do i like shopping at marshalls? no not really, and that's why i don't force my girlfriend to come with me. but this morning, the security guard working the front was SO sweet and helpful, plz give that man a raise.

The cashier lady was extremely rude. She was trying to make me keep the item forcefully when I took it for return. She said I need to inspect and took extremely long to inspect it. She was acting as if there were threads coming off or the logo was damaged. She said the item looked used and when I told her that I just bought it one night before, she said you can't say anything right now if you want your refund or you can take your receipt and go back. She was extremely impolite. Had to keep standing at the counter for so long, she checked the date on my receipt and talked to her colleague that I said I bought it one day before and finally refunded. What a pain. Won't recommend buying a thing if you want to might later want to return here. Worst customer service ever.

Very disappointed with customer service for returns. Managers are rude and staff is making up stories on the spot. They will tell you some policies that don't exist and when you investigate and clear them lying - they will do the returns but delay the process creating lineups. Very disappointed ?. TJ Maxx staff that worked across was excellent in comparison to Marshall. I don't recommend due to poor customer service

Expected this location to have a variety and more items than other locations especially compared to the Burlington nearby but Burlington seemed to have more than this location. Expected to come and leave with bags full of merchandise but as much as I went around and around the aisles couldn’t find much

I expected this location to be better with all the competitors nearby, but possibly the area was part of the issue?It was unkempt and low on stock and staff. Saw indigent persons outside and dirty clothes in the bathroom stall. I will have to visit again when weather is better to see if that was a factor

I always go to the store, I really like it, it's close by, it's always well-equipped and very clean and tidy, but the last few times I've gone and I have to pay where there is a lady who clearly has Latin roots, she always treats me badly. , beyond the fact that she does not speak Spanish when I have observed her on other occasions that she does interact in Spanish with other people, very apart from that she treats me very badly, she always has an unfriendly attitude, and it is not that she has to be nice , the thing is that because of the place where she works she should be more cordial and friendly, I like it better when the dark-haired lady who is there at the checkout serves me, even though she doesn't speak Spanish she is very kind and friendly, today for example That lady served me twice and it was terrible today, 11/01/2024, she is in box 6. You really get upset with the treatment that this girl gives.

Rude security guard. I came here with my special education students as a community based instruction trip where the students can apply what they learned in class to the real world. On these trips, we emphasize the importance of meeting their IEP goals in a real life setting. I told my student to not engage in behaviors that are clearly stated in his IEP, as we are trying to get him ready for life after school. The security guard told me that I wasn't treating my student as a human, (what the fuck??) and that the problem behaviors that my student was engaging in was just fine. I know what is best for my student, as I have his IEP and I know his goals. I also follow the school approved procedures, and was not dehumanizing my student in any way. (Fr, wtf??) In summary- Terribly trained security guard wants to tell me how to do my job
