Great location, since the next nearest is going to be way over on Halstead, or down State St below Roosevelt. However, this is also a popular location for bikers, whether working an app or leisure riding. The bike thieves have become ridiculous at this location, so beware! THOROUGLY lock your bike....

I usually like this store for things I can't get at Aldi's, but lately, it seems kinda gross. There are lots of leaks from the ceilings, which means buckets on the floor to catch the water. Smells musty like mildew. Idk, it seems like this location is not well maintained, and I think corporate should put $ into making sure this place is more hygienic. Especially with the price of items at this chain.

We love it here and frequent everytime in chicago. Favs - fruit, seafood, cheese (olive feta combo), and wine deals.

If in Argentina I had a supermarket like this I would be very very happy. There is everything. There are deals, there is takeaway, it's crazy how many options you have. Good prices.

Recently changed to bags without handles. These bags are not only nonviable to carry, but are also smaller, and more brittle. Everyone working around store acknowledges that these are inferior bags, yet acts helpless in regard to fixing the issue. The fact that a business would choose to continue to offer a worse product is sort of a joke. Alternative is plastic bags which are smaller and not sustainable.

Tracy was very rude. Instead of solving problems, she creates issues. She definitely doesn’t have any customer service abilities. Will be using self check out from now on because clearly their personnel talks back and the computer won’t.

This store has it all! Lovely and fresh produce. Store is very clean and well organized. Pleasant shopping experience overall. Highly recommend.

Security guy rude and unprofessional. Blocked customers out before the closing time and yelled at customer said if not happy contact the cooperate. (I guess ok...?)

Store is stinky and there’s usually water on the floor by freezer section, crazy high prizes compared to Jewel, frosted over items in the freezer, self checkout usually the only option, produce especially fruit is bad quality, the list goes on…I only shop here out of necessity as I live nearby

When calling to the bakery be specific with spelling and what you want! Supposed to be an inside joke “new mayor of UMich” but lost in translation with the woman on the phone. Not a huge deal for the occasion but good to know for next time in a more formal event. Customer service at the bakery was awful so leave some time to pick up your order!

What up yall it's jada here, and let me tell you how much I loveeeeeeee this place. Not only have I been going here for years but so has my grandmother. We tend to spend most of our memories here shopping and laughing as she continues to ask the chefs for fresh chicken over at the deli ( she likes her stuff nice and hot ) . Not only is the customer service on point but so is the food . So what are you guys doing ? Get up and go to this location☺️you won't regret it !!!!!!!

Following repeated poor service experiences I left my telephone number and asked that a manager call me. I was assured that, that would happen. It did not.
I am from the UK and was on holiday and visited this hyper market pretty much every day. Staff were friendly and helpful and the prices were reasonable. They failed to open on time and definitely had a CO2 leak somewhere in the store, most noticeable on the lower floor. Poor show. Fix your refrigeration guys...
