Came in the other day for Advil and the pharmacist was treating the fellow employees terribly, this is bullying at this point. And the employee didn’t even say anything back, the conversation was easily overheard because of the pharmacist screaming for no reason. I hope an inspector sees this place. I also heard patient names and their address come out of the pharmacist mouth multiple times and that I know is a hippa violation! Don’t come here. She also begs customers for reviews.

Don't come here. Walked in the other day and saw the pharmacist screaming and acting crazy. The reason why she has so many Google reviews is because she begs her patients and employees to write a review. Worst pharmacy in Chicago, not in the neighborhood but in the whole city.

Avoid this pharmacy as an customer or as an employee. The pharmacist(Alia)eats food next to the medicines and then touch the pills with her dirty hands. When the pill falls on the DIRTY floor, it goes back into the medicine bottle. Alia does not respect her employees, shouts at them for no reason and insists that everyone must bow down to her. She shouldn't be allowed to run a pharmacy. She is unorganized, chaotic and has no control over her business. In addition, the hourly rate is less than the minimum wage in Chicago

The most unorganized placed I have ever been!! The owner yells at her employees, and fights about politics with her customers. Blows up when competitors call to have patients switch over to another place. I feel so bad for the staff. Alia believes that everyone needs to bow down to her. . Don’t even think twice going there.. Pills fall on the floor and they still put them in your bottle FYI!!

Refused to fill my prescription bc I live 2.5 miles away. They said they only fill prescriptions for patience who live 1-2 miles away. Bizarre.

I am very satisfied with the service! Staff was very friendly and helpful and they went beyond to help me. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone especially now that they added medical supplies in addition to the pharmacy.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about 6-7 years and they never disappoint. Dr. Alia deserve an award for being a really nice pharmacist, she also works really fast. I already told so many people about this pharmacy and I will continue to recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know.

Unprofessional and unethical at so many levels. The staff pharmacist including there pharmacy manager Alisa should not be allowed to practice. They hinder patient care and harasse other pharmacies for their own benefit to unpresendented levels.

Negative stars if possible The pharmacy manager and staff pharmacist are the rudest, most unprofessional pharmacist. Completely unethical and unprofessional. Not sure how they ever got their license and allowed to practice in this country.

Both pharmacists are their technicians are outstanding in meeting everyone needs! I’m so happy I changed pharmacy’s. I couldn’t be happier everyone takes their time with you and cares for you with quality 10/10 amazing pharmacy and amazing staff!

Very good and clean pharmacy I have been a customer there for 3 years and the owner there is very helpful and nice and if you are looking for medical stuff your most likely to find it there.
