I had a great experience today! Not having a Marcus store locally I shopped via face time with Winnie at the Chicago location. She was amazing, and helped me put together a beautiful sweater and two tops to go with it. I look forward to shopping with her again. I have to say though I had a store credit and you kept sending me emails about it and to respond to the email. I kept responding and no one got back to me. It was very disappointing and frustrating. If I had not taken the initiative to contact the Chicago store I would still be waiting. Very bad service and very disappointing!! There is a written statement about the owners, I don’t think they care at all about the company. Also my understanding is the website has not been updated and nothing on it is available. And what’s on it you can hardly tell what it is. Again very disappointing. And I’m sure no one will respond to this. Also poor selection in the store!

horrible and not honorable. I was buying a gift for my mother in law and I was concerned to take something breakable on the plane. The sales associate assured me that it would be wrapped securely and that I had nothing to worry about. When my mother in law unwrapped the bubble wrap, the entire bottom of the bowl was broken. After many unreturned phone calls, the store refuses to replace this bowl or refund me. Beware of this store

Absolutely love the selection and versatile brands they carry! The sales girls are the best… Mindy and Becky know what they are doing.. helped me find the best outfits. The only negative is that it was very cold inside the shop, I asked if the heat was on… I guess it was? A bit chilly when trying on clothes.

Very disappointed that Marcus doesn’t stand behind there merchandise. I made a very large purchase (1263.00) and the piece of artwork is completely ruined because it was framed incorrectly. The store has refused to refund or replace the piece. I have enclosed pictures of the print I purchased from Marcus. Due to the fact that it was taped to a board and framed improperly it caused the entire picture to completely ripple and wrinkle. There is nothing that can be done to fix the issue. I contacted the artists agent and she said the store should be responsible and stand behind the merchandise they sell. They sold it framed it did not come from the artist that way. I took it to a reputable frame store and they advised me it was due to the fact they used double side tape which doesn’t allow the print to expand and contract and there is nothing they can do unless I was willing to have the print cut down which won’t take away the ripples and.wrinkles. It was signed 7/100 and I would lose that as well. They should have taken it back and either ordered me a new print or given me a refund.

We were window-shopping earlier this month and had stopped in front of the beautifully decorated windows of this shop; admiring their display of glass bowls and home decor accent pieces. We were about to move on our way, when a young woman came up to us and engaged us in conversation. She worked there and invited us in to browse more of their gift selection. We did, and Jamie took care of us. We found a lovely wooden box as a gift for friends back home. They took the time to give us gift wrapping material, box, etc. One of several wonderful retail experiences we enjoyed during our visit to the Windy City. Although predominantly a woman's clothing store--they had a wonderfully curated selection of home decor accent pieces. Highly recommend them.

Well there are lots of boutiques to choose from in the Gold Coast, MARCUS stands out thanks to the impressive selection of beautiful items and excellent, helpful service. Special call outs to the jewelry, hats and Becky the manager for all being uniquely awesome. Quality of items is also what you would expect from a Marcus Lemonis business, and they filmed a few episodes of THE PROFIT in the store for TV buffs.
