I live nearby and frequent this store. It is always clean with a great selection and the sales staff is phenomenal. If they are out of what you are looking for, they will go above and beyond to find it for you. Exceptional customer service. Please IGNORE the FAKE reviews below from people that make it their business to harass and leave fake negative reviews for most designer brands and I’ve witnessed them screaming nonsense with megaphones inside another store and scaring small children. There is NO fur in this store EVER and I just checked the website and NOTHING so when I came to Google to check the store hours and saw these reviews I felt compelled to tell the TRUTH about the wonderful people at this store, please go in and see for yourself!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received! Staff was nothing but rude and arrogant! I was all set to spend at least $10,000 on Tote bags for my staff and nobody waited on me! They were just standing around chewing gum and staring at their phones. Several people were outside with anti fur signs and I politely approached them and was informed that Marc Jacobs kills millions of fur bearing animals for his products! He’s been asked to end his fur policy and he refuses! I am an extremely wealthy business man and refuse to spend any money in a store that sells fur!

Today was my first time going in store cause I always order on line they close at 7 I call and ask can they stay open a couple minutes longer cause I got lost getting there Addy and I can't remember the other one name Myra or Mya (sorry) was soooooo patience with me and I felt so welcome in the store thank you ladies the smallest things can mean so much and I appreciate it ?

Best Service I have ever received was from this store!! I cannot tell you enough how wonderful Kevin Norris is! As an assistant store manager, he is the best in the industry I have ever had the pleasure of being on the receiving end of his customer service. I promise anyone, you will not receive better service or someone who listens to your wants more than Kevin. Regardless if I was spending $100 or $500, he treats me as if I have spent thousands. But most of all, he has taken the time to make my special needs daughter feel like a super star!! Marc Jacob’s Corp. I am tell you, you have a complete gem with him! Thank you Kevin! Kevin Norris at the Oak Street store is so knowledgeable and fun to work with. I found him via Tik Tok and reached out about the lipstick pink logo webbing strap and the fluro candy pink small tote, both of which are sold out online and in most stores.. he located both items for me within minutes and had my items shipped the next day. He has been a pleasure to work with and I’m so pleased with the service and items. Cannot recommend enough. :-)

Mary & Kevin were extremely nice & helpful with my purchase! They even took additional stress off me by holding my items for me until I arrived at the store! They both displayed amazing customer service! I highly recommend shopping at this location, because they will cater to every single need you may have! Mary even gift wrapped my items, so they definitely made my Wife’s Christmas a special one. I will definitely be coming back at some point to shop for more items!

Marc Jacobs is one of the most unethical companies out there. They refuse to adopt a fur-free policy, even as activists disrupt their stores in dozens of cities around the world. They've even sold real dog fur and told customers it's fake fur. I'll change my review when they stop skinning animals alive.
