January 24, 2024 at around 5:15pm-ish. I went in and paid money to pump gas. When I went out to pump gas, it wasn’t working. I ended up going back into the station. I told the older Mexican lady that it wasn’t working. She said to remove the pump and it will start working. I did just that and it still wasn’t working. And then she said I was at the wrong number. I told her no I told you that I wanted to pump 6. She ended up putting my money into pump 5 and the person next to me ended up stealing my gas. I asked the cashier if I can still get the gas that I paid for and she denied me and kept trying to put the blame on me when in fact, she was the one that messed up. Sadly, because I need a gas I still paid even more money out of pocket and even then she was messing around and couldn’t figure out the right pump and I came back two more times because she couldn’t get it right. She was extremely slow. If you don’t believe me, look at your camera system at that day and time. There is a reason I was back-and-forth close to 10 times. Never come here again and I advise you not to come here either unless you want to go through a lot of problems like I went through. They will mess up and steal your money.

Woman who works there is very despotic and rude. Worth the 5c off a gallon promo for tmbile users, when he asked for my money he told me that God blesses you and I don't know how much, sad incompetent staff

I went inside to ask for change to use the air pump because it only takes quarters. To find out from clerk that air pump doesn’t work and they don’t have a sign that says so.

This gas station near Western Ave is relativity clean and well lit (mind you I can here in the afternoon). Prices are a bit high but it is in the city so that can be expected. I didn't go inside and purchase anything so I can't comment on the civility of the staff. Over all I give the gas station a 4

I went to get gas at this location and all the pumps was down and the clerk wasn't letting anyone in. Didn't understand that because it says 24hrs..Get it together.. Gas is too high to waste it..
