I recently dealt with MALABAR and had the best customer service experience ever. I received professional and kind treatment as soon as I contacted out. Noor, the representative with whom I spoke, went above and above to resolve my problem. They paid close attention, gave concise explanations, and swiftly checked in to make sure I was satisfied. I felt appreciated as a customer and the entire procedure was smooth. I'm quite satisfied by MALABAR and will keep doing business with them due to their superior customer service.
