[Leaving a review as promised] :)I enjoyed going to this jewelers! My friend and I came in to get his necklaces fixed and get a new chain. The entire staff was attentive and helpful, especially Alex! He made some great jeweler recommendations; helped my friend find the best gold chain, to his likings; and even, was gracious enough, to clean my Diamond ring, for free! Thank you Alex and all of Majestic Jewelers! I do recommend this place!

Got my bracelet cleaned for free. Its usually $10-$20 for this service. Really great customer service. It is no wonder why they have so many good ratings! My bracelet looked brand new after the service, I was impressed! Thank you!

I was able to get my ring repaired here and they've done such an amazing job! My ring is brand new all over again! The customer service here is unmatched! The prices are so fair and economical! Alex was everything! He was so attentive and helpful! Go see Alex n tell him Nikita sent you.

The customer service was great, but I paid 2k for a present for someone & they have had to take it back 5 times now. It was rose gold & it keeps fading as if it was originally silver. Diamonds have fell out. This was the worst experience I’ve had w/ a jewelry store.
