What a loser organisation, no official store in the city, no store open at the stadium, no access to the Jordan statue. It’s embarassing, truly. You go to Chicago and it’s impossible to find a Rose classics jersey? Really? I understand now why they’re always irrelevant in the NBA

I think, in a time of Internet, the least you can do is update your working hours on the most used navigation site in the world.
If you close an hour earlier, and open an hour later, that is an essential information for every costumer and is otherwise a very frustrating experience for every tourist who stops by.
You habe an extra sign on the door with tve updated working hours, so please also, always change them online for the people to see before they arrive at the spot.

This place is absolutely RIDICULOUS…. I traveled across the world to visit Chicago for the very first time. I’m a big fan of Michael Jordan era and 90’s Chicago Bulls. I went there to get an original jersey and guess what?? I was unable to get inside the store for my purchase and meet the place because I wasn’t a day game ticket holder (hockey game yesterday). In addition of that the store team including the security guy was absolutely rude to get me out of there …. You know what MADHOUSE STORE ….. YOU ALL SUCKS!!!!

Tons of Bulls and Blackhawks merchandise. There is a piece of wooden floor from the old Chicago Stadium!!! I loved when they put on college basketball game on the big screen TV. Jordan's statue just right outside of the store. Cool experience!

Got there today at about 10:50. The store was supposed to be open 10-17 according to the store website. However, it opened at 11:30. There wasn't any written communication on the door. At 11:30 I tried to get in but apparently only people with the match tickets could shop. Worst communication and management ever.

We were in town for a youth hockey tournament and wanted to come to the team shop to buy some merchandise. Apparently, they close on game days and open late. Even though we waited until they opened, they wouldn't let us in without a ticket to the game. So much for supporting your fans that traveled from other states. We tried to ask the guy at the door if we could buy even just a hat and have them just bring it out, and they said no. My kid wanted to get one at the actual arena, but was denied on his only trip to Chicago. They were, however, letting people without tickets in to take a picture with the Michael Jordan statue. Bad form Blackhawks. I realize we don't represent your core fans, or give you lots of money, but we tried to be fans.

Too bad that you close the store 30 minutes before the indicated closing time. If you don't want to sell you'd better not open.

A bit disappointing to be honest. Seems to be overwhelming a Blackhawk store.We were looking for some nice Chicago Bulls polo shirts, unfortunately not available in the colors we were looking for.

SEDAJAH WAS THE REAL MVP. WE BOUGHT THE BULLS 6 HAT LOCKER COLLECTION AND AS WE WERE CHECKING OUT OUT CASHIER PROCEEDED TO MAKE SURE ALL 6 HATS WERE IN THERE AND THERE WAS ONLY 4!! IF IT WASN’T FOR HER WE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN SNUBBED!
