Recently visited this store to make an exchange on briefs that were given as a Christmas gift. The store associate informed us that only one pair could be returned/refunded/exchanged… extremely strange given the +$40/pair price tag. We then went online to try to return & were immediately allowed to exchange/return ALL briefs and could choose to bring them back to the SAME store we were just at. Apparently the store associate doesn’t know policies or procedures and I’d expect a lot better service from a company like this.

Got some new briefs for Christmas but didn’t like the color — the store wouldn’t allow me to return them for a different color because they “could have been worn”. Regardless I did end up returning them because their e-commerce is as equally incompetent as their store workers. Also I was lied to and they said “you get promoted upon check out about only have one return” — this is not true. Customer service is everything these days, and you’ve eternally lost a long time customer.

Mack Weldon has deleted both of my reviews from their website, seemingly only accommodating positive feedback. Below is my original review.After hearing many positive reviews about this company, I eagerly anticipated receiving my first pair of AIRKNIT Boxer Briefs. Upon wearing them, I initially found the quality to be quite satisfactory; however, I was disheartened when, after just one day of use, the fabric started to unravel in the inner thigh area due to chafing. Given the relatively high cost of these underwear, one would reasonably expect them to endure at least a year of use and multiple washes without such issues.I am grateful for the company's try-on guarantee, which allowed me to receive a replacement pair free of charge. Regrettably, the same issue occurred with the new pair. Furthermore, I experienced an unexpected problem as the dye from the product stained my jeans, causing considerable frustration as this should not occur.To add to the disappointment, when attempting to remove the AIRKNIT Boxer Briefs, I encountered significant unraveling of the threads, resulting in them becoming entangled with my pants. This experience has regrettably led me to the decision that I can no longer consider purchasing any product from Mack Weldon due to the perceived subpar quality.I also find myself questioning the authenticity of some of the reviews, as it seems improbable that such issues would go unmentioned. This leaves me feeling somewhat disillusioned and deceived.

Very helpful staff! I visited the store after seeing some products online that I liked and the staff working there on 6/3/2023 helped me find what I needed. The underwear I bought was excellent, would definitely shop here again.

Love the online store, and it's great to see a physical store pop up where you can check things out in person before purchasing. Nice in store selection of items.
