As a former lush employee I was disappointed in my experience at this location. I visited twice in two weeks. The first time there were several employees in the store and a few customers but nobody bothered to greet or acknowledge me. No big deal since I know my way around the product. But when I went to check out I asked if this location was hiring and was just told “yeah” with no further explanation and an awkward lull.
Then today I came in again and bought a couple of favorite staples and it was pretty dead in there. Only one employee who was very unenthusiastic. As I was checking out I asked for a take home sample of one of the new soaps and she refused. She said I couldn’t have a sample of that one and gave me a different one that they had pre-cut and were already giving out to customers. As a former employee I know they’re supposed to give samples of pretty much anything asked. Very strange experience and don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

Such a wonderful experience shopping here! Employees never hovered but were always approachable and open to answering any questions I had. Also very knowledgeable about the products and scents. Will definitely come back!

My girlfriend went in for a house warming gift for a friend and I ended up asking about hair treatments. Mariz was amazing. So sweet and she took her time explaining everything to me. I learned quite a bit! Thank you Mariz!

Lush hosted a birthday party for my 5 year old yesterday and they did such a great job! They worked well with all the chaos of the kids and catered to the birthday girl. My daughter had an awesome time. Thank you!

Always loved shopping at Lush but last time was special. Andie W. introduced me to a few products I wouldn't have normally thought to try. Her knowledge of skin care and all the lush products is beyond impressive. She hand selected some amazing products I tried and found are amazing. ANDIE - Thank you for taking care of me and making my time at Lush so enjoyable... Will definitely come back to see you!

I stopped into Lush for the first time toward the end of last year and I'm so glad this location is only 25 minutes away from me. This location is never super busy, maybe one other group when I've gone during the week and on a weekend. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. They are always pleasant at checkout. The shop always looks and smells good, of course, nothing out of sorts or dirty. Im obsessed with the shampoo bars and face/body scrubs. Will definitely be returning and recommending products to others!
